rgrantham@tfri.ca Ruth Grantham is the Executive Assistant to the President and Executive Director of TFRI. Ruth emigrated to Canada from the UK in 1981 and commenced employment with the BC Cancer Agency (BCCA) in 1984 as confidential secretary to the director of nursing, where she gained a wealth of experience in the "language" of oncology and treatment regimes. Her subsequent roles at the BCCA were with the Regional Vice President (Dr. David Klaassen) and latterly as executive assistant to the President (Dr. Simon B. Sutcliffe), a role which she fulfilled up to their respective retirements from the BCCA. Outside of work, Ruth was an active runner, completing numerous 10-km, half- and full marathons. Unfortunately, her running "career" has been somewhat neglected during the last few years and she now enjoys long walks instead, especially if they are around the French countryside. |
Additional members of the TFRI headquarters team will be added in the near future.
