TRAVEL
As outlined in the invitation to register for this meeting, the TFRI will provide a travel allowance or contribution for selected invitees. This year this allowance is based upon distance traveled from your home base, which is:

To claim the allowance, please submit your boarding passes with your expense claim form.

Travel Costs
The Terry Fox Research Institute (TFRI) will provide a travel allowance to selected invitees, as outlined above. You will be reimbursed for your travel expenses upon receipt of a completed expense claim form, together with original copies of all receipts. Expense claim forms will be included in your meeting package.
Travel to Vancouver
Please make your own travel arrangements to come to Vancouver using ECONOMY AIR TANGO PLUS and ground transportation.
Travel within Vancouver
The meeting is being held at the Sheraton Wall Centre Hotel, which is located in downtown Vancouver. It will take approximately 25-30 minutes to get there via taxi (approximate cost of $30-$40), or around 45 minutes via public transit coming from Vancouver International Airport.
