Dr. Sherri Christian is a Professor in the Department of Biochemistry at Memorial University of Newfoundland and is cross-appointed to the Department of Biology and the Faculty of Medicine. She is also the co-lead of the Atlantic Cancer Consortium, part of the Marathon of Hope Cancer Centres Network. Her lab has multiple research areas with a strong focus on extracellular vesicles produced by normal and cancerous B lymphocytes and interactions between fat cells and breast cancer cells.
